Student Education Records (FERPA)

Once a student enrolls at Restore TECH Academy, their education records are protected under the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Texas state law. FERPA grants enrolled students (and parents/guardians of minors) specific rights regarding their education records, including the right to inspect and review records, request corrections, and consent to certain disclosures. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Restore TECH Academy serves adult learners ages 18 and over.
