Restore TECH Academy Board Meeting — Tuesday, July 21, 2026

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Restore TECH Academy will be held on July 21, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. CST. The meeting will be conducted in-person and via videoconference with either a presiding officer present or a quorum physically present as permitted by the Open Meetings Act. The in-person meeting will be held at 4603 E. Houston, San Antonio, Texas 78220. A quorum of board members will be physically present at the posted location in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.127. Videoconferencing will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.

Members of the public may access the regular meeting online using the Microsoft Teams link above. A quorum of members of the Board will participate in the meeting and will be audible to the public.

Members of the public may submit comments on any agenda item(s) of the Regular Meeting in person or to RTAinfo@restoretechacademy.org before or during consideration of the item. Anyone wishing to speak must send an email at least 10 minutes before the Regular Meeting start time and will be allowed 2 minutes to speak during the designated public commentary portion of the meeting.

Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

   The Board may convene in closed session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Sections 551.071–551.089, as applicable, including but not limited to consultation with legal counsel (§551.071), deliberation regarding real property (§551.072), prospective gifts (§551.073), personnel matters (§551.074), security devices or security audits (§551.076), and student disciplinary matters when authorized by law. The Board may reconvene in open session and take any action authorized by law concerning matters discussed in closed session.
